DSP Solves is a founder-led AI automation consultancy. There's no big team to get lost in. If you're here, you're working on something that matters to a client or to how the business runs.
We bring in college students for 3-month stints. The work is hands-on from day one. You'll make decisions, see what happens and learn from it directly. The best interns leave with a portfolio, a reference and a clearer sense of what they're good at.
It's a working business. Education is built into how we operate.
How hiring works
There are no full-time positions here for experienced professionals. Everyone who joins starts with the internship. That's the entry point, for everyone.
We're looking for people who are early in their careers and want to learn by doing the work. Curious, willing to make decisions and sit with the results.
The skills you build here are designed to sit alongside what you're studying. College teaches one set of things. Working inside a live consultancy teaches another. Both matter, and they go well together.
Open positions
Founder's Office Intern
You'll work directly alongside the founder across Growth and Operations, from business development and marketing to strategy, partnerships and keeping the business running. No single lane. All of it.
AI Automation Intern
You'll work alongside the founder on live client engagements: identifying problems worth solving, figuring out where AI earns its place, building workflows that work in practice and presenting findings to decision makers.
Marketing Intern
We're building the content engine for DSP Solves. Content experiments across LinkedIn, YouTube and the blog. Branding execution. Analytics. You'll work directly with the founder from day one.
Business Development Intern
We're building a direct pipeline for the DSP Solves corporate training vertical. You'll work directly with the founder, owning the outreach motion end to end, from identifying the right companies to getting a discovery call on the calendar.
Operations Intern
Operations at DSP Solves is the enabling layer: keeping programs on track, building partner relationships and figuring out better ways of working. You'll work directly with the founder across multiple functions, not just one.
