Founder's Office Intern

Most internships put you in a lane. This one doesn't.

The Founder's Office intern works directly alongside Dhawal on whatever the business needs most, from business development and marketing to strategy, operations and partnerships. You won't own one function. You'll touch all of them and figure out where you add the most value.

• Strategy support: helping think through problems, structure decisions and prepare for client conversations
• Business development: supporting outreach, pipeline hygiene and follow-ups
• Marketing: contributing to content, campaigns and how DSP Solves shows up externally
• Operations: keeping programs, relationships and internal processes running smoothly
• Partnerships: research, outreach and coordination with external stakeholders

• Experience working on strategy, growth and operations simultaneously, not in isolation
• Exposure to live client programs and business decisions
• A strong reference and a case study you can take anywhere

You're a generalist who gets things done. You're comfortable with ambiguity, switch contexts quickly and don't wait to be told what the next task is. You want to understand how a business works end to end, not just your corner of it.

No stipend. The experience is the compensation.
