Operations Intern

Operations at DSP Solves is the enabling layer: keeping programs on track, building partner relationships and figuring out better ways of working. You'll work directly with the founder across multiple functions, not just one.

• Program coordination: supporting active engagements, tracking milestones and keeping things on schedule.
• Partnerships: researching potential partners, supporting outreach and maintaining those relationships.
• Internal process work: spotting where things slow down, designing better ways of working and automating what makes sense.

You're a fit if you're organised, communicate proactively and are comfortable figuring out what needs to be done without waiting to be told. College students preferred. Masters' Union students especially welcome.

Bonus if you've worked with AI tools: whether that's prompting ChatGPT to do exactly what you want or using other tools to get work done faster.

No stipend. Strong reference and hands-on operations experience in return.
